WEEK 6 CELEBRATION
In our last week together, we play dress ups ;)
Invision lace, leather, lingerie, fishnets, ALL THE SPICE (the level of heat is up to you).
This is a powerful reclamation of our bodies and a celebration of our sensuality and sexuality.
Plus some other wild, magical shiz along the way. That only those who attend get to find out!
WHO'S IT FOR?
Our courses are open to all womxn. Whether you are a trained ballerina, an "I have two left feet" believer or a dance floor murdered after a few wines, this course is for YOU.
Our courses are NOT about dance technique, getting it right or becoming a "good dancer". We are about letting the f*ck go, finding our own sensual flow, having fun,
and feeling safe in our sexual expression.
***Please note if you do have a dancing background, these courses are catered to those who have never danced before***

Classes run from 7pm - 8.30pm in Fremantle.
Fridays run 10.30am - 12pm

Expect beginner-friendly sass choreography, connection activities, and soul-stirring rituals that crack you open in all the best ways.
We’ll stretch, strut, and learn two fire routines 💃

SOUL
THIS is why our courses are unique.
We blend mindfulness, sensual embodiment practices, activation poetry, visualization, and other magic, to help you reconnect with your inner world. This results in a deeper sense of self, a healthier mindset and an overall more JUICY well-being.
Through using embodiment tools such as breath, sound, sensation + movement, we begin the process of dropping out of our head & INTO our body. We practice detaching from our old narratives, integrating our unique essence and letting go of dense energy.
You will leave feeling lit up and liberated baby!

So all of your darkness can be seen as it dirty dances with your light.
Permitting you to sway into the illumination of your wholeness and bask in the kaleidoscopic glory of your essence.
I'm not here to show you your potential, I'm here to watch as you contract and then expand into realms far beyond your potential. Where you stand tall in your own empowerment because YOU guided yourself here.
I'm here to witness you in ALL OF YOU and show you it is SAFE for all of you to be laid out on the table.
I'll be gentle with your heart, but ferociously fan your flame with all the gust I can possibly spare.
